Cinderella, Cinderella / Treasure Island

Pure fun from start to finish, Schoolhouse Art Center’s season opener, Cinderella, Cinderella and Treasure Island will delight the whole family. Well-known director, P. Michael Bourgoin, leads a motley crew of kids and adults in these classical tales of romance and high adventure.

The cast of Cinderella includes the charming Sam Garfield as the Prince, beguiling Lindsey Ketch as Cinderella, Dennis Healey as the redoubtable Duke, Ashley Chapman as the royal Queen, Kristin Messana and Sarah Dodge, the bickering stepsisters and Sigrid Vayda as the Godmother. And don’t miss the evil stepmother portrayed by ­ well, that’s a secret you’ll have to see to believe.

In Treasure Island look for Long John Silver played by the most sinister Mike Foster, brave Jamie played by Katie Eastman and Artemis Foster, Tim Dupre as the duplicitous Cabinboy, Andy Fickett as the bloodthirsty pirate, Red, Frank Gilcrest as the hilarious Crossbun and Anita Charles as the mysterious Ben Bulba. 

Treasure Island and Cinderella, Cinderella run October 11th - 27th, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m.  Ticket prices are $8.00 for students and seniors, and $12.00 for adults. For reservations please call 642-5938 or reserve on-line.  Schoolhouse Arts Center at Sebago Lake village is located just 300 feet north of the crossroads of Routes 114 & 35 in Standish (map).
