  Truly Talented Kids - March 3 & 4

Truly Talented Kids is a cabaret-style show that includes singers, dancers, ukulele & guitar players... and even a local band! This show is a fundraiser with all money going towards making improvements to Schoolhouse's Blackbox Theater. The event is sponsored by The Black Box Teens, a theater education and service group made up of middle and high school-aged students. Come support a good cause! Performances will be March 3 & 4th at 7:00 pm.

  Neil Simon's Plaza Suite - April 21 - May 7

Hilarity abounds in this portrait of three couples successively occupying a suite at the Plaza. A suburban couple take the suite while their house is being painted and it turns out to be the one in which they honeymooned 23 (or was it 24?) years before and was yesterday the anniversary, or is it today? This is followed by the exploits of a Hollywood producer who, after three marriages, is looking for fresh fields. The third couple is a mother and father fighting about the best way to get their daughter out of the bathroom and down to the ballroom where guests await her. Directed by Jerry Walker. Performances will be April 21st - May 7th on Friday & Saturdays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2:00 pm.

  Disney's Mulan Jr - May 19 - 21

Based on Disney’s Oscar-nominated film, Disney's Mulan Jr is a heartwarming celebration of culture, honor and the fighting spirit. With hit songs and a story packed with action, humor and heart this show brings ancient China to life with a modern sensibility. The Huns have invaded and it is up to the misfit Mulan and her mischievous dragon sidekick, Mushu, to save the Emperor! Defying the village matchmaker, Mulan takes up arms and disguises herself as a boy in order to spare her father from having to serve in the army. As the great battle with the Huns approaches, Mulan must choose between revealing her true identity as a girl or saving all of China with her clever plan. Performances will be May 19 & 20 at 7:00 pm and May 20 & 21 at 2:00 pm. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for students & seniors and $5 for children under 5 years.

  Zac Stearn LIVE! - June 3

Many of our patrons will remember Zac as Lumière in our 2016 summer musical production of Beauty & the Beast. He was truly an audience favorite! Zac is back with Zac Stearn LIVE for his only performance in Maine this year! Join us on June 3rd at 7:00 pm for a hilarious evening of laughs! Reserve your tickets early! Many of Zac’s shows SELL OUT EARLY! Tickets are $10 in advance/$12 at the door. PG-13 content.

  Peter Pan - July 13 - 30

Broadway's timeless classic musical whisks you away to a place where dreams are born and no one ever grows up! Peter and his mischievous fairy sidekick, Tinkerbell, visit the nursery of the Darling children late one night and, with a sprinkle of pixie dust, begin a magical journey across the stars that none of them will ever forget. In the adventure of a lifetime, the travelers come face to face with a ticking crocodile, a fierce Indian tribe, a band of bungling pirates and, of course, the villainous Captain Hook. Performances will be July 13 - 30th on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays at 7:00 pm and Sundays at 5:00 pm.


  Dinosaur's Before Dark KIDS - August 4 - 6

A magical tree house transports Jack and Annie to the land of the dinosaurs in this adaptation of the best-selling book series. Travel back in time to the age of the dinosaurs with Jack & Annie as they courageously learn that things are not always what they seem along their harrowing adventure, befriending some dinosaurs along the way as they try to make their way back home. Performances will be Aug 4 & 5 at 7:00 pm and Aug 5 & 6 at 2:00 pm. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for students & seniors and $5 for children under 5 years.


  Once On This Island Jr - August 18 - 20

With its poignant story and catchy Caribbean-flavored score, Once on This Island JR. is a highly original theatrical adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen’s popular fairy tale, The Little Mermaid. Through almost non-stop song and dance, this full-hearted musical tells the story of Ti Moune, a peasant girl who rescues and falls in love with Daniel, a wealthy boy from the other side of her island. When Daniel is returned to his people, the fantastical gods who rule the island guide Ti Moune on a quest that will test the strength of her love against the powerful forces of prejudice. Sure to be a family favorite! Performances will be Aug 18 & 19 at 7:00 pm and Aug 19 & 20 at 2:00 pm. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for students & seniors and $5 for children under 5 years.

  Dracula - Sept 29 - Oct 15

Lucy Seward, whose father is the doctor in charge of an English sanitorium, has been attacked by some mysterious illness. Dr. Van Helsing, a specialist, believes that the girl is the victim of a vampire, a sort of ghost that goes about at night sucking blood from its victims. The vampire is at last found to be a certain Count Dracula, whose ghost is at last laid to rest in a striking and novel manner. Perfect for those all who love a thrill! Performances will be Sept 29 - Oct 15 on Friday & Saturdays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2:00 pm.

  Willy Wonka Jr - November 3 - 5

The delicious adventures experienced by Charlie Bucket on his visit to Willy Wonka's mysterious chocolate factory light up the stage in this captivating adaptation of Roald Dahl's fantastical tale. Featuring the enchanting songs from the 1971 film starring Gene Wilder in addition to a host of fun new songs, Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka JR. is a scrumdidilyumptious musical guaranteed to delight everyone's sweet tooth. Performances will be Nov 4 & 5 at 7:00 pm and Nov 5 & 6 at 2:00 pm. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for students & seniors and $5 for children under 5 years.

  Elf ~ The Musical  - December 1 - 17

The hilarious tale of Buddy, a young orphan child who mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported back to the North Pole. Unaware that he is actually human, Buddy’s enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa’s permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father, discover his true identity, and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas. This modern day Christmas classic is sure to make everyone embrace their inner ELF and is sure to be the perfect holiday treat for the entire family!
